Hargeisa 28 Oct,2020 (MoDF) The Ministry of Finance Development of the Republic of Somaliland has today organized a workshop in which the admin and finance officers of the ministries and independent agencies of the government discussed the role they can play in the revenue generation and reduction of government costs, following a similar workshop conducted for the Director Generals and Chairpersons of Government institutions on 23rd February this year.
During the workshop, it was also discussed the role of admin and finance officers in the public finance management including the development of national budget, revenue generation, monitoring and evaluation of projects as well as the ongoing public finance management reform.
