Hargeisa 23 September, 2020 (MoFD) the Somaliland Ministry of Finance Development with the help of OPM has organized a two days training for the taxpayers to improve the awareness and understandings of the business community in the field of taxations.
The Ministry of Finance Development derives its mandate from the Constitution of Somaliland, which provides for proper budgetary and expenditure management of the government financial resources. It also has a responsibility for ensuring that systems are in place for efficient monitoring and reporting of all Government’s transactions.
