Hargeisa March 22, 2023 (W.H.M)- Director General of the Ministry of Finance of the R. of Somaliland Mr. Mohamed Hussein Osman [Muadinka] together with the Director of the Institute of Civil Servants Omar Qolombi concluded a two-week training for the directors of the Departments of the Ministry of Finance.
During the training, the participating officials gained important knowledge, which will greatly contribute to the smooth running of their offices. On the other hand, the authorities of the Institute have taken a great responsibility in the task of providing training by selecting teachers who have extensive knowledge for the training they are providing.
In the end, an event was held at the center of the Civil Service Institute, where certificates were awarded to 27 members who were receiving training, which included the Directors and Deputy Directors of 14 Departments of the Ministry.
At the end of the training, the Director General of the Ministry of Finance Development Mr. Mohamed Hussein Osman (Muadin), the Executive Director of the Civil Service Institute Mr. Omer-sayid Qalonbi and the Director of Human Resources of the Ministry of Finance Development Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Wayrah, all of whom have extended their duties for this type of training.
