Hargeisa 06 June, 2021 (MoFD)-The Ministry of Finance Developmentof the Republic of Somaliland has conducted anorientation and trainingprogram for 30 new members of the National Tax Police Services.This training during whichthe new recruits have been taught with the rules and regulations regarding Tax Police ServiceGuiding Directory required for improving public relations, customer care and the overall dutiesof the police officerswere, to a large extent, focused in the training.
These new members will be absorbed into the various services of the tax police and are going to be officiallydispatched throughout the country in order to helpstrengthen and mobilize the revenue collection that is pursuant to the statutory function mandated by the Ministry of Finance development.
