Hargiesa 26 Oct, 2020 (MoFD)The Minister of Finance Development of the Republic of Somaliland Dr. Saad Ali Shire and Miniser of Transport and Roads Development Abdillahi Abokor Osman have today jointly cut the ribbon to open a new one-stop office which will facilitate the vehicle ownership documents and replacement of loss plate numbers. Citizens should no longer go to places that are far from each other for these services.
The Ministry of Finance Development derives its mandate from the Constitution of Somaliland, which provides for proper budgetary and expenditure management of the government financial resources. It also has a responsibility for ensuring that systems are in place for efficient monitoring and reporting of all Government’s transactions.
