CUSTOMER CARE WORKSHOPS FOR INLAND REVENUE OFFICERS AND TAX GUIDE POLICE

Hargeisa 04 April,2021 (MoFD)- The Ministry of Finance Development of the Republic of Somaliland is making efforts to ensure a good relationship with the public in general and the taxpayers in particular. Improving our relationships with the community will take part the efficiency of the revenue collection, with this in mind we will prioritize the followings this year 2021;
• Improving the behavior of revenue officers and security guards by providing regular training and self awareness, without being eliminating constant encouragement and accountability.
• Regular taxpayer education programs directly and indirectly, we have published a number of documents on the Ministry’s website www.slmof.org which are available to taxpayers and to the general public.
