Hargeisa 06 April, 2021 (MoFD)-the Minister of Finance and Minister Agriculture of the Republic of Somaliland inspects the work of the Abu Riin Agriculture Research Centre, especially the protection and care of indigenous Somalilander Seeds and re-distribution to the local Somalilander farmers need of Seeds.
The Ministry of Finance Development derives its mandate from the Constitution of Somaliland, which provides for proper budgetary and expenditure management of the government financial resources. It also has a responsibility for ensuring that systems are in place for efficient monitoring and reporting of all Government’s transactions.
